The grade of PF70 is the highest that any of the grading services gives and indicates perfection. UCAM means the coins were made from specially polished dies on treated planchets to get the ultra cameo deep mirror effect. The strike is full on both sides.

The obverse depicts a stylized eagle in flight holding a feather pen. It flies over rays that radiate out toward the word LIBERTY at the left rim. The date is below. The reverse shows a vertical feather pen under the words WE THE PEOPLE, which are the first words of the Preamble. The date, September 17, 1787, is to the left of the feather.
