of any court within the State of Florida for action arising
from any transaction. Florida law shall govern any agreement,
contract or invoice.

sole liability for any claim shall be no greater than the purchase
price of merchandise with respect to which a claim is made after
such merchandise is returned to U.S. Rare Coin Investments.
Sole liability shall not include inconsequential damages.
Regarding any transaction
originating from this website, I agree that all claims, adjustments,
or for any redress whatsoever must be in writing within five
days after receipt of the merchandise listed on the invoice
received.
U.S. Rare Coin Investments
will make adjustments for incorrectly filled orders or other
discrepancies resulting from its mistakes; however, no other
replacements or adjustments will be made. Any coins that are
returned for such adjustment must be in their original condition
and still in their original envelopes or holders and accompanied
by the original sales invoice. Risk of loss during return to
U.S. Rare Coin Investments shall be borne by purchaser.
If an adjustment is demanded,
purchaser shall state the grounds therefore, in reasonable detail.
If a purchaser wishes to return coins for any reason other than
named above he or she may do so at the then current bid price
in the market, which may be significantly different than listed
above or on the invoice.
WE GUARANTEE THAT THE
COINS DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE GENUINE. NO OTHER GUARANTY, WARRANTY,
OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE COINS IS GIVEN, EITHER EXPRESSLY
OR BY IMPLICATION. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IS GIVEN.
The above mentioned purchaser
acknowledges and presents that, he or she has made an independent
evaluation of the coins being purchased and that no representations
made by our company regarding the investment suitability, profit
potential, or future prices of such coins have been made or
relied upon in making this purchase.
Any discrepancy with regards
to payment in full to U.S. Rare Coin Investments shall
be charged 1.5% to customer per month (18% annually) and will
be applied to any balance unpaid after 30 days.
