The
design on this Historic Vietnam coin symbolizes the
three women from 3 different regions of Vietnam. From
left to right, the first woman is from the South of
Vietnam, middle woman is from Hue, the woman in the
right is from the North of Vietnam.
The date is 1 year before the demise of the French
at Dien Bien Phu. What a great coin!
This is a lovely specimen of the 1953 Vietnam 10
SU. Catalogues at $25.00 in Unc and when found accurately
graded are selling at prices that are quite a bit
more. They are very tough in choice Unc.
These are aluminum coins and subject to corrosion
and pitting. Not properly saved either, hence choice
thru gem specimen's are quite scarce and even rare.
Here's a super choice brilliant uncirculated specimen
that is premium quality for the grade and in a fresh
new NGC holder for only $125.00
