Seated Quarter NGC MS62-CAC. Here is a near gem 1861 Seated
Liberty Quarter minted during the 1st year of the Civil
War. Somehow this coin has slipped thru the crack of time
and has been preserved from any handling whatsoever. Original
surfaces with bold luster and a satiny appearance. Very
above average as agreed upon by CAC (Certified Acceptance
