1928 Saint Gaudens Double Eagle Error, PCGS MS64CAC. Here is a really neat "Saint Gaudens Error", accompanied a CAC approved sticker. PCGS has mounted this coin with the reverse up in the holder. A minimally abraded near-Gem with booming luster and gorgeous reddish-rose patina. The strikethrough is narrow and somewhat concealed in the feathers of the eagle's wings.

1928 $20 Reverse Struck Thru PCGS MS-64 CAC – An interesting looking piece with the impression of an unidentified object in the eagle’s feather’s on the obverse. All gold coin errors are scarce, and despite the relatively small errors coins like the present offering are not easily found, especially not when combined with excellent quality for the grade. The impression is sharp and shallow, and PCGS has mounted the coin with the reverse side up to highlight this uncommon feature. Near gem quality, the rest of the coin is sharply struck with no notable abrasions seen on either side.
